We have released a few sailfish but it has recently slowed down a bit and we have focused on other species that are saturating our area such as blackfin tuna and kingfish. The tuna will be a lot larger than our winter schools and will range from 20 to 35 pounds which is typical from April through June. The weather has been beautiful and we will continue to see more consistent calm days as we get into summer fishing. There are plenty of sardines and goggle eyes that we use for live bait. We anticipate more schools of dolphin (mahi) to come through the area soon too following the bait as it migrates. This is an absolute great trip for families as there is usually plenty of action and lots of fish. It is also very visual as you can see the big schools of dolphin (mahi) swimming all around the boat. Last weekend Team Seapremacy fished and won the @fishbluewater Saltwater Shootout. We had 4 kings and 4 tunas for 200.4 lbs!
