Fishing has been productive through the weekend into this week. We are able to find some Summer sailfish that are in the area as well as a few blackfin tuna. There are plenty of bonito around which put on an action packed fight for any angler! Kingfish have slowed some but we are still catching a few during each offshore trip.

Wahoo made an appearance with the full moon. The wahoo will bite usually on an afternoon tide change with a full moon. If we have a full moon, you’ll have a high tide early morning, and a low early afternoon. You can count on fish biting the last hour of the outgoing to slack tide; a good hour and a half bite is gonna happen. But the trick is knowing not only when, but where.

We are looking forward to the rest of this week and next as the weather looks excellent for all of the upcoming charters. I am hoping to be spared a few of those afternoon rain showers. Let's plan your day on the water soon!

The dolphin (mahi-mahi) bite has been very productive offshore so far this week! Mostly schoolie size fish but taste just as great on the dinner table! Bonito are still very thick and the kingfish bite has been excellent. We have released a few #sailfish as well! Fishing has been excellent between the afternoon summer rain showers that pass by. Sailfish and kingfish have been our main catches while plenty of bonito are still around and a few schools of dolphin (mahi). Blackfin tuna can bite any time of day but some big ones have been showing late in the afternoons. I expect the kingfish and bonito to be consistent throughout the rest of June. A few wahoo starting to show up as well.

There is no shortage of #kingfish right now and #bonito this week. Later in the afternoon there has been a good #sailfish bite along with #blackfintuna. Sailfish are being reported in 200-300 feet from the Lake Worth / Palm Beach Inlet to the Jupiter Inlet, and kingfish are running in 95-105 feet.

On the calmer days we can explore more areas to look for schools of dolphin #mahi to fill up the cooler. Often times there will be a larger bull dolphin in the back of the school or down deep. If you use a heavy jig or weighted bait it might present a good opportunity to hook up to the big one!

Fishing has been very good on the days we can get out and fish. There has been a lot of wind for this time of year. We have been releasing 1 or 2 sails every trip. We are finding them in 200-300 ft from the Lake Worth and Palm Beach Inlet to the Jupiter Inlet, and kingfish are running in 90-100 ft.

Large blackfin tuna and kingfish have been the most consistent with lots of bonito to pull on in between the action. Kings, tunas, bonitos and sails should continue to bite thru next week.

We have released a few sailfish but it has recently slowed down a bit and we have focused on other species that are saturating our area such as blackfin tuna and kingfish. The tuna will be a lot larger than our winter schools and will range from 20 to 35 pounds which is typical from April through June.

The weather has been beautiful and we will continue to see more consistent calm days as we get into summer fishing. There are plenty of sardines and goggle eyes that we use for live bait. We anticipate more schools of dolphin (mahi) to come through the area soon too following the bait as it migrates. This is an absolute great trip for families as there is usually plenty of action and lots of fish. It is also very visual as you can see the big schools of dolphin (mahi) swimming all around the boat.

Last weekend Team Seapremacy fished and won the @fishbluewater Saltwater Shootout. We had 4 kings and 4 tunas for 200.4 lbs!
